GigBack should be fun. Entering a competition for a festival weekend or a hospitality box should feel like buying a couple of pints, not like a financial decision.

We want you to enter when it feels good and to step away when it does not. The points below are how we try to keep that balance.

Only for ages 18 and over

You must be 18 or over to enter any GigBack competition. We ask you to confirm your age when you create an account and again when you enter a competition. We carry out checks on winners before any prize is released.

Set yourself a limit

Decide what is comfortable for you and stick to it. A good rule is to treat your monthly GigBack spend the same way you would treat the price of a normal night out, not the price of an entire weekend away. If that limit ever feels uncomfortable, lower it.

Take breaks

You can take a break from GigBack at any time. Email us at hello@gigback.co.uk and we will pause your account for as long as you want. While paused you will not see any marketing from us, and your account will be locked from entering new competitions.

Close your account

If you would rather close your account permanently, contact us and we will do it the same working day. Any open entries you have already paid for will still be drawn.
