Free postal entry
Every paid GigBack competition can be entered for free by post. No purchase is necessary, and postal entries go into exactly the same draw, with exactly the same chance of winning, as paid entries.
To submit a free entry, hand write an unenclosed postcard with the following information and send it by standard second class post.
- Your full name.
- Your date of birth (you must be 18 or over).
- Your full postal address and a contact phone number.
- Your email address.
- The exact title of the competition you are entering, as published on its competition page.
- Your answer to the skill question for that competition.

Your postcard must be received by us before the published closing date and time for that competition. The exact deadline is shown on each competition page. Please allow enough time for delivery; entries received after the deadline cannot be entered into the draw. Each postcard counts as one entry. Multiple entries on the same postcard will be treated as a single entry. Postcards that do not include all of the information above, or that give an incorrect skill answer, are treated the same way as an incomplete or incorrect paid entry. We do not return postcards.
Free-to-enter giveaways have no skill question and no postal route, because there is nothing to pay. You enter those directly on the competition page with a GigBack account.
